Job Description

At Glacier Bancorp, we are looking for a highly organized and customer service-oriented professional to join our team as a Consumer Loan Assistant. Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a passion for helping customers navigate their loan options. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask. The successful candidate must possess at least two years of experience in banking or a related field, along with a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to loan customers navigating their loan options.

• Communicate effectively with customers, lenders, and other stakeholders.

• Analyze loan applications and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions.

• Assist with loan origination and underwriting processes.

• Track loan payments and ensure timely collection of payments.

• Troubleshoot any loan-related issues or disputes.

• Research and resolve customer inquiries.

• Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations.

• Maintain a positive working relationship with other members of the banking team.

• Assist with loan portfolio management and reporting.
