Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with loan processing, including gathering and verifying documentation, preparing loan files, and entering data into the loan system.
  2. Assist with loan reviews, including evaluating customer financial information, making credit decisions, and verifying mortgage qualifications.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure all inquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire loan process.
  5. Monitor loan applications and ensure all documents are complete and correct.
  6. Stay up-to-date on loan products, regulations, and industry best practices.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
  8. Perform other related duties as assigned.
