  1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional assistance over the phone.
  2. Handle a high volume of customer calls in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  3. Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

  6. Follow company policies and procedures to accurately and efficiently process customer requests and transactions.
  7. Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and quality of service.
  8. Collaborate with team members and management to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  9. Continuously educate yourself on company products, services, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  10. Consistently meet or exceed customer service standards and expectations as set by the company.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
  12. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines to ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information.
