Responsibilities:

1. Develop relationships with business owners and professionals in the community.
2. Provide excellent customer service to meet customer needs.
3. Maintain a deep knowledge of banking products and services.
4. Analyze customer financial needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
5. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
6. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
7. Update customers on new banking products and services.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
9. Educate customers on the features and benefits of banking products and services.
10. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track customer data.
