Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Business Banking Sales Specialist to join the Glacier Bancorp team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of business banking customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing comprehensive banking services.We’re looking for someone who is a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to think strategically and have a strong understanding of the banking industry. Ideally, you should have at least three years of experience in a sales, customer service, or banking role.If you’re up for the challenge and have the required qualifications, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage a portfolio of business banking customers.
  2. Identify new business opportunities.
  3. Provide comprehensive banking services to customers.
  4. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to increase business banking customer base.
  6. Analyze customer needs and recommend banking products accordingly.
  7. Track customer activity and account balances to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Monitor and analyze market trends and customer patterns.
  9. Keep abreast of changes and developments in the banking industry.
  10. Adhere to all applicable banking regulations and laws.
