  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations for our clinical products.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production, quality control, and supply chain management.
  3. Manage and lead a team of manufacturing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success and development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance, to ensure timely and successful delivery of clinical products.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including FDA and GMP standards.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for manufacturing operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.
  8. Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing team.
  10. Represent the company in external meetings and conferences, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: The Ideal Candidate For Vice President, Clinical Manufacturing At Gilead Sciences Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Manufacturing, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Standards.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Leadership Role, The Vice President, Clinical Manufacturing Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Leading Teams, As Well As Implementing Strategic Plans And Initiatives To Drive Success.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes: Gilead Sciences Is A Leading Biopharmaceutical Company, And The Vice President, Clinical Manufacturing Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes And Requirements In Order To Ensure The Timely And Successful Execution Of Clinical Manufacturing Operations.

  • Quality And Compliance Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Quality And Compliance Standards, Such As Cgmp, And Be Able To Ensure That All Manufacturing Processes Meet Regulatory Requirements And Adhere To Company Policies.
