- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations for our clinical products.
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Manage and lead a team of manufacturing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance, to ensure timely and successful delivery of clinical products.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including FDA and GMP standards.
- Develop and manage budgets for manufacturing operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing team.
