  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop solutions.
  3. Provide guidance and training to employees on ethical standards and compliance policies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and update compliance programs.
  5. Monitor and report on compliance activities and progress to senior management.
  6. Investigate and resolve any potential compliance violations or ethical concerns.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure the company remains compliant.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organizations.
  9. Conduct due diligence on third-party vendors and partners to ensure compliance.
  10. Develop and deliver presentations on compliance topics to various internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters and provide guidance to other departments.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and investigations.
  13. Communicate and reinforce the company's commitment to ethical standards and compliance throughout the organization.
  14. Proactively identify potential compliance risks and work to mitigate them.
  15. Collaborate with legal counsel and other internal teams to address compliance-related legal matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ethics And Compliance, Preferably Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards, Including The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (Fcpa) And The Sunshine Act.

  • Strong Understanding Of Compliance Program Development And Implementation, Including Risk Assessment, Training, And Monitoring And Auditing.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With All Levels Of Employees, Including Senior Management.
