  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure patient access to Gilead's HIV prevention treatments and resources.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for reimbursement-related inquiries from healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders.
  3. Provide guidance and support to healthcare providers on the reimbursement process and coverage for Gilead's products.
  4. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed on changes in healthcare policies and reimbursement trends.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute reimbursement plans and initiatives.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups.
  7. Train and educate internal teams on reimbursement processes and requirements.
  8. Represent Gilead at industry conferences and events to promote our HIV prevention treatments and engage with key stakeholders.
  9. Monitor and track reimbursement metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of reimbursement managers to achieve company goals and objectives.
  11. Develop and manage budgets and resources to support reimbursement efforts.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve reimbursement processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to reimbursement.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on reimbursement matters and provide guidance and support to other departments within the company.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics in all interactions with stakeholders and adhere to company values and policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry: A Sr Field Reimbursement Manager At Gilead Sciences Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare System, Including Payer Policies, Government Regulations, And Reimbursement Processes Related To Hiv Prevention.

  • Strong Communication And Networking Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Providers, Payers, And Advocacy Groups.
