  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for people technology that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives of Gilead Sciences.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative technology solutions to support global people operations, including but not limited to HRIS, talent management systems, and employee self-service portals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement new technology solutions that will enhance the employee experience and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the people technology team, ensuring successful project delivery and optimal use of resources.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR technology trends and best practices, staying up-to-date on industry developments and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and integration of technology solutions.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and budget, for all people technology projects.
  • Oversee testing, training, and communication strategies to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new technology solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of technology solutions, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies when implementing and maintaining people technology systems.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the people technology team and across the organization.
