  1. Conduct research and experiments using chemical engineering techniques to develop new treatments for patients.
  2. Collaborate with other team members to design and execute experiments and analyze data.
  3. Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
  4. Document research findings and present results to team members and management.
  5. Stay up-to-date on advancements in the field of chemical engineering and apply new techniques to research projects.
  6. Train and mentor junior research associates in laboratory procedures and techniques.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the laboratory.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize processes for drug development.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot issues in experiments and propose solutions.
  10. Contribute to writing and reviewing technical reports, publications, and grant proposals.
  11. Participate in conferences and scientific meetings to present research findings.
  12. Actively participate in team meetings and provide input on research strategy and direction.
  13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and findings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, Preferably In A Research Or Development Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Chemical Engineering Principles And Processes.

  • Experience With Designing And Executing Experiments, Analyzing Data, And Presenting Findings.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, As Well As The Ability To Lead And Mentor Junior Research Associates.
