Advanced Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Related Field: A Senior Research Associate At Gilead Sciences Should Possess A Phd Or Equivalent Degree In A Relevant Field, Demonstrating A Strong Foundation In Scientific Principles And Techniques.
Extensive Experience In Analytical Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Analytical Development And Operations In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Validating Analytical Methods For Drug Substance And Drug Product.
Proficiency In Various Analytical Techniques: The Senior Research Associate Should Have A Thorough Understanding And Hands-On Experience With A Variety Of Analytical Techniques, Including Hplc, Lc-Ms, Gc, And Other Spectroscopic Methods.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Troubleshoot, Optimize, And Develop New Analytical Methods Is Crucial For This Position. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Problem-Solving And Data Analysis, With A Demonstrated Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
