  1. Develop and implement the overall medical strategy for our HIV portfolio, in alignment with company objectives and industry regulations.
  2. Provide expert medical insights and guidance to cross-functional teams, including research and development, marketing, and sales.
  3. Serve as a key liaison between Gilead Sciences and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and regulatory bodies.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in HIV treatment and prevention, and incorporate this knowledge into the medical strategy and product development.
  5. Lead and manage clinical trials and studies related to our HIV portfolio, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.
  6. Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and deliver key medical education and training materials for healthcare professionals.
  7. Conduct and present medical and scientific presentations at conferences, symposiums, and other events.
  8. Monitor and analyze data and trends related to HIV treatment and prevention, and provide recommendations for future product development and improvements.
  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior medical team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  10. Represent Gilead Sciences as a subject matter expert on HIV treatment and prevention, building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the field.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Medicine, Public Health, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With A Focus On Hiv Treatment And Prevention.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Current Hiv Treatment And Prevention Landscape, Including Clinical Research, Drug Development, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Systems And Payer Environment, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategies For Market Access And Reimbursement For Hiv Products.
