  1. Oversee the document processing team and ensure all members are effectively and efficiently performing their duties.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for document management to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  3. Train and mentor team members to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish document management standards and processes.
  5. Monitor and analyze document processing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Ensure all documents are processed in a timely manner and meet internal and external deadlines.
  7. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all document processing tasks.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in document management technology to continuously improve processes.
  9. Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors involved in document processing.
  10. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding document processing status and any issues that may arise.
  12. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to document management.
  13. Create and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment within the document processing team.
  14. Manage the budget for document processing operations.
  15. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to document processing systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Information Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Document Processing Or Information Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Management Role.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Drive Results In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Document Processing Software And Systems, Such As Sharepoint, Documentum, Or Veeva.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
