  1. Conducting experiments and analyzing data to optimize cell culture processes for the production of biologics.
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development and optimization of cell culture processes.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and scalability of cell culture processes.
  4. Staying updated on industry advancements and incorporating new technologies and techniques into the development process.
  5. Participating in the design and execution of experiments to support process improvement and innovation.
  6. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
  7. Presenting findings and progress updates to team members and other stakeholders.
  8. Identifying and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs in cell culture processes.
  9. Complying with all safety regulations and maintaining a safe and clean laboratory environment.
  10. Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members.
  11. Contributing to the preparation of reports, publications, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  12. Collaborating with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Manufacturing, to transfer developed processes and ensure their successful implementation.
  13. Following all company policies and procedures, including those related to intellectual property and data integrity.
  14. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and representing the company positively in all interactions and communications.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Biotechnology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cell Culture Process Development In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cell Culture Techniques And Experience With Various Cell Lines, Including Mammalian And Primary Cells.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Optimizing Cell Culture Processes For Large-Scale Production Of Therapeutic Proteins Or Antibodies.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Guidelines And Experience In Writing Technical Reports And Documents For Regulatory Submissions.
