  1. Conduct financial audits and analytical reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  2. Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to identify potential financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
  3. Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
  5. Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  7. Train and mentor junior team members on audit and analytics processes and procedures.
  8. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  9. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for regulatory filings.
  10. Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of audit projects.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert for audit and analytics processes and provide guidance to colleagues when needed.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhere to ethical standards.
  13. Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary support during audit procedures.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve financial processes and systems.
  15. Continuously review and improve internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field, With A Preference For A Master's Degree Or Cpa Certification.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Auditing And Analytics, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Sox Regulations, As Well As Experience With Internal Audit Processes.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Alteryx, With A Demonstrated Ability To Handle Large Datasets And Identify Trends And Anomalies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings And Recommendations To Senior Management.
