We are currently seeking a Scientist to join our Cell Culture Process Development team in our Pre-Pivotal Biologics CMC Development department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of life-saving therapies by utilizing your expertise in cell culture process development.   1. Conduct cell culture process development experiments and analyze data to support the development of new medicines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process development studies.
  3. Develop and optimize cell culture processes to improve product yield, quality, and scalability.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cell culture processes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cell culture technology.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
  7. Contribute to the drafting of technical reports and presentations.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on cell culture process development techniques.
  10. Participate in project meetings and communicate progress and challenges to key stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support process development activities.
  12. Identify areas for process improvement and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  13. Comply with all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  14. Actively participate in departmental and company-wide initiatives to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  15. Represent the company at scientific conferences and events to share knowledge and stay informed of the latest developments in the field.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Biotechnology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Cell Culture Process Development, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry Setting.

  • Proficiency In Aseptic Cell Culture Techniques And Knowledge Of Gmp Regulations For Biologics Manufacturing.

  • Experience With Process Characterization And Optimization, Including Statistical Design Of Experiments (Doe) And Data Analysis.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional Team Environment.
