  8. Follow established protocols and standard operating procedures for laboratory work.
  9. Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions to overcome challenges.
  10. Mentor and train junior members of the team.
  11. Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential drug targets.
  12. Contribute to the writing and review of research proposals, grant applications, and regulatory documents.
  13. Adhere to ethical and safety standards in all research activities.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Multidisciplinary Team And Present Research Findings To Both Scientific And Non-Scientific Audiences.

  • A Phd In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Or Cell Biology.

  • Extensive Experience In Fibrosis Biology Research, With A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Contributing To Successful Projects.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Underlying Mechanisms Of Fibrosis And Related Diseases, With A Focus On Developing Novel Therapeutic Approaches.

  • Proficiency In Various Techniques And Technologies Commonly Used In Fibrosis Research, Such As Tissue Culture, Gene Expression Analysis, And Animal Models.
