  1. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in HIV prevention strategies.
  2. Develop and implement effective HIV prevention programs in collaboration with the team.
  3. Work closely with community organizations and healthcare providers to raise awareness and promote HIV prevention initiatives.
  4. Train and educate healthcare professionals and community members on HIV transmission, prevention methods, and risk reduction strategies.

  7. Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of prevention programs and make recommendations for improvement.

  10. Serve as an expert resource on HIV prevention for the company and external partners.
  11. Stay compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to HIV prevention.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve upon prevention strategies to meet the changing needs of the community.
  13. Represent Gilead Sciences at conferences and events related to HIV prevention.
  14. Support the development of grant proposals and funding opportunities for HIV prevention initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Public Health, Social Work, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working In Hiv Prevention, Education, Or Related Field

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hiv/Aids Epidemiology, Prevention Strategies, And Current Research

  • Demonstrated Experience In Program Development, Implementation, And Evaluation

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Diverse Communities And Stakeholders
