  1. Develop and implement effective HIV prevention strategies to reduce the spread of the disease.
  2. Conduct research and analyze data to inform prevention efforts and identify areas of improvement.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute prevention programs and initiatives.
  4. Stay updated on the latest developments in HIV prevention methods and ensure their integration into prevention strategies.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other key partners to enhance prevention efforts.
  6. Design and deliver educational and training programs to raise awareness about HIV prevention and promote behavior change.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for prevention programs and initiatives.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of prevention efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on HIV prevention, providing guidance and support to colleagues and external partners.
  10. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HIV prevention and ensure compliance.
  11. Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and other events related to HIV prevention.
  12. Act as a liaison between the organization and at-risk populations to understand their needs and incorporate them into prevention strategies.
  13. Develop and maintain accurate records and reports on prevention activities and outcomes.
  14. Contribute to the overall mission and goals of the organization and work towards creating a world free of HIV.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Public Health, Social Work, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Diverse Populations.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working In Hiv Prevention Or Related Field.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Hiv Prevention Strategies And Interventions.

  • Experience With Program Development, Implementation, And Evaluation.
