- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and patterns to inform people strategy and drive business results.
- Develop and maintain a variety of HR metrics and reports to track workforce trends and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key business questions and develop analytics solutions to address them.

Strong Analytical Skills: The People Analytics Insight Partner Should Possess Advanced Analytical Skills To Effectively Collect, Analyze, And Interpret Data Related To Employee Performance, Engagement, And Retention. They Should Also Be Proficient In Statistical Analysis And Data Visualization Tools.
Experience In Hr Analytics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hr Processes And Practices And Be Able To Leverage Data To Provide Insights And Recommendations.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A People Analytics Insight Partner, The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Various Stakeholders Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills And The Ability To Present Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
