In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders and managing the entire cash cycle.   1. Oversee the entire order to cash process, including order entry, credit management, invoicing, and collections, to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
  2. Manage a team of order to cash specialists, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are performing at a high level.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, customer service, and finance to resolve any order or payment issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Conduct regular reviews of credit limits and payment terms to manage credit risk and minimize bad debt.
  7. Prepare and present reports to senior management on order to cash performance, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve and optimize the order to cash process.
  9. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to order to cash activities.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other departments on order to cash processes and procedures.
  11. Identify and implement technological solutions to streamline the order to cash process and improve overall efficiency.
  12. Train and onboard new team members to ensure they have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Order To Cash Management Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Proven Leadership And Managerial Experience.
