  1. Lead and manage the global clinical supply chain team to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations.
  2. Develop and implement supply chain strategies in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Oversee the planning, sourcing, and distribution of clinical trial materials to ensure timely delivery to trial sites.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, manufacturing, and quality to ensure seamless coordination and execution of clinical supply chain activities.
  5. Monitor and manage inventory levels and proactively identify and address potential supply chain risks and issues.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective supply chain solutions.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to clinical supply chain management.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for clinical supply chain processes and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.
  9. Manage the budget and expenses related to clinical supply chain activities.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of clinical supply chain operations.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinical supply chain management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  13. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding clinical supply chain activities and provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  14. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning within the clinical supply chain team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Clinical Supply Chain Processes, Including Forecasting, Production Planning, Distribution, And Inventory Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners To Ensure Timely And Cost-Effective Delivery Of Clinical Supplies.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Adapt To Changing Priorities And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
