  1. Develop and implement strategies for efficient data management processes within the clinical trials department.
  2. Lead a team of data management professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work.
  3. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data management systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the clinical trials team.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data management processes align with overall project goals and timelines.
  5. Monitor and analyze data management metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in data management technology, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and techniques into the team's processes.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and quality control processes for data management activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines related to data management and clinical trials.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting data and progress reports as needed.
  10. Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members, providing training and mentorship as needed.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
  12. Proactively identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may impact the timely and accurate collection and analysis of clinical trial data.
  13. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, regularly seeking feedback from team members and implementing changes to enhance processes and systems.
  15. Represent the Clinical Data Management Technology team in cross-functional meetings and presentations, advocating for the team's needs and accomplishments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Proficiency In Clinical Data Management Software, Such As Medidata Rave Or Oracle Clinical.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards, Including Fda Guidelines And Cdisc Data Standards.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Teams And Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment.
