- Develop and implement market access strategies for the Virology division of Gilead Sciences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of market access plans.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and changes in the healthcare landscape, specifically related to infectious diseases.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in accessing the market for our Virology portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address market access barriers.
- Lead negotiations with payers and other stakeholders to secure optimal reimbursement and coverage for our products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the market access space.
- Monitor and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of market access strategies and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the market access team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Represent Gilead Sciences at conferences, meetings, and other events to showcase our Virology portfolio and strengthen our market position.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to market access.
- Continuously evaluate and improve market access processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive the success of our Virology products and contribute to the overall mission of improving patients' lives.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Market Access And/Or Commercial Roles Within The Biopharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Virology Products.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Payer And Reimbursement Landscape For Virology Products, Including Experience In Developing And Implementing Market Access Strategies.
Strong Understanding Of Pricing And Contracting Strategies, Including Experience With Value-Based Agreements And Health Technology Assessment.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Growing Virology Products In Highly Competitive Markets.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Key Stakeholders.
