- Lead and manage a team of pharmacometricians to support the research and development efforts at Gilead Sciences.

- Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of pharmacometrics into drug development.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for pharmacometrics to support the overall goals of the company.
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to support decision-making in drug development.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in pharmacometrics and apply them to enhance drug development processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to pharmacometrics.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in pharmacometrics.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to advance pharmacometrics research and development.
- Play a key role in presenting pharmacometrics data and results to internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced Degree In Pharmacometrics, Biostatistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Pharmacometrics Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Modeling And Simulation Techniques, Including Population Pk/Pd, Exposure-Response, And Disease Progression Modeling.
Extensive Experience With Software Tools Such As Nonmem, Monolix, And R For Pharmacometric Analyses.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
