2. Lead and manage a team of medical insights professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of insights.

4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, as well as competitor activities, to inform strategic decision-making.

8. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of the medical insights function.
9. Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of delivering medical insights.
10. Represent the company at industry conferences and events, and participate in thought leadership activities to increase awareness and visibility of our medical insights capabilities.
