  1. Develop and oversee the company's global incentive compensation programs.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and design incentive structures that align with company goals.
  3. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and effective incentive programs.
  4. Analyze and evaluate current incentive plans to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Lead a team in the design, implementation, and communication of new incentive programs.
  6. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of incentive plans and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  7. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to incentive compensation.
  8. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payout of incentives.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on incentive compensation, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  10. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on incentive programs and their impact on company performance.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in incentive compensation to continuously improve the company's programs.
  12. Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing incentive structures.
  13. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  14. Manage and allocate budget for incentive compensation programs.
  15. Provide regular reports and analysis to senior leadership on the effectiveness of incentive plans.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Incentive Compensation Programs In A Global Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Market Trends, Particularly Within The Pharmaceutical And Biotech Sectors.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team Responsible For Incentive Compensation Design, Administration, And Communication.

  • Exceptional Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations For Incentive Compensation Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Build Strong Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
