  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with 340B program requirements.
  2. Provide analytical support to drive decision-making related to 340B policies.
  3. Stay up-to-date on changes and updates to 340B regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to the 340B program.
  5. Analyze data and provide insights to senior management on the impact of 340B policies and programs.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and third-party vendors, to support 340B program objectives.
  7. Train and educate internal stakeholders on 340B policies and procedures.
  8. Conduct audits and monitor program performance to identify and address any non-compliance issues.
  9. Oversee the development and maintenance of 340B program reports and dashboards.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on 340B regulations and provide guidance to ensure compliance with program requirements.
  11. Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure all policies and procedures are in alignment with federal and state laws.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of 340B program analysts and specialists.
  13. Represent the organization at industry conferences and events related to the 340B program.
  14. Continuously assess and improve 340B program operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Serve as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders to resolve any issues related to the 340B program.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Policy And Analytics, Particularly In The 340B Program.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To The 340B Program, Including Compliance And Reporting Requirements.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Data-Driven Strategies To Optimize 340B Program Operations And Maximize Savings.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Recommendations To Senior Management.
