  1. Plan and oversee all aspects of clinical trials for the development of new therapies.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  3. Develop and manage trial budgets, timelines, and resources.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design study protocols and develop study documents.
  5. Identify and select clinical trial sites, and negotiate contracts and budgets with them.
  6. Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure their adherence to study protocols and timelines.
  7. Monitor and track study progress, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
  8. Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  9. Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the trial.
  10. Prepare and submit trial-related documents to regulatory authorities, as required.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, study coordinators, and internal team members.
  12. Train and mentor team members on study procedures and protocols.
  13. Communicate trial updates and progress to senior management.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  15. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings.
  16. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in clinical research.
  17. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  18. Uphold ethical standards and ensure patient safety throughout the trial.
  19. Maintain accurate and complete trial documentation.
  20. Act as a liaison between the company and study sites, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Nursing, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Operations, Including At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Regulations And Guidelines, Including Ich Gcp And Fda Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Clinical Trials Simultaneously, Including Budgeting, Timelines, And Resource Allocation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
