Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Trials Manager to join our team at Gilead Sciences. As a key member of our Clinical Operations department, you will play a vital role in the planning and execution of clinical trials for life-saving medicines.   1. Plan and execute clinical trials for life-saving medicines in accordance with company protocols, regulations, and guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement study plans, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Manage all aspects of clinical trial operations including site selection, enrollment, monitoring, data management, and study close-out.
  4. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
  5. Oversee the selection and management of clinical trial vendors, including contract negotiation and budget management.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including study investigators, clinical site staff, and internal team members.
  7. Monitor trial progress and identify and resolve potential issues or delays to ensure timely completion of studies.
  8. Review and analyze clinical trial data, prepare study reports, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert in clinical research.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve clinical trial processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends, and apply relevant knowledge and insights to clinical trial management.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain the highest level of ethical standards in all aspects of job performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Nursing, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Clinical Operations, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Regulations And Guidelines, Including Fda And Ich Requirements.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Project Management Principles And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
