As an Associate Scientist in our Purification Process Development team, you will play a crucial role in the development of purification processes for our novel therapeutics. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in biochemistry and purification techniques, who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients.   1. Conduct research and experiments to develop purification processes for novel therapeutics, following established protocols and procedures.
  2. Utilize a variety of purification techniques, such as chromatography, filtration, and centrifugation, to isolate and purify target molecules.
  3. Analyze and interpret data from experiments, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the Purification Process Development team to design experiments, share knowledge and expertise, and achieve project goals.
  5. Keep accurate and detailed records of experiments, data, and results in electronic lab notebooks and other documentation systems.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in purification techniques, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
  7. Participate in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with colleagues from different departments, such as Analytical Development and Process Chemistry.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines, and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  9. Contribute to the writing of technical reports and presentations to communicate results and findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's mission and values and maintain a positive and collaborative attitude within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company, With A Focus On Purification Process Development For Small Molecules.

  • Strong Understanding Of Chromatography, Filtration, And Other Purification Techniques.

  • Experience With Process Scale-Up And Technology Transfer To Manufacturing.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design And Execute Experiments And Interpret Results.
