  1. Develop and execute statistical programming strategies for drug development programs in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of statistical programmers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality programming outputs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, data managers, and clinical teams, to design and implement statistical analyses plans.
  4. Provide guidance and support for the development and maintenance of statistical programming processes and standards.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for programming, data quality, and documentation.
  6. Review and QC statistical outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to protocols.
  7. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity in statistical programming processes.
  8. Stay current with new developments and advancements in statistical programming techniques and tools.
  9. Contribute to the development and review of regulatory submissions, including clinical study reports and integrated summaries of safety and efficacy.
  10. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes continuous learning and professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Statistics, Biostatistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Statistical Programming, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sas, R, And Python.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Data And Statistical Analysis Methods.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team Of Programmers And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
