  1. Lead and support the clinical development of Gilead Sciences' pipeline of therapies.
  2. Conduct thorough and efficient clinical trials by designing, planning, and executing clinical development plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of clinical studies.
  4. Provide strategic input and expertise in the development of clinical protocols and study designs.
  5. Oversee and manage the progress of clinical trials, including recruitment, budget, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Monitor and analyze data from clinical trials to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  7. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, including investigators, study sites, and regulatory agencies.
  8. Review and interpret study data, prepare study reports, and present findings to senior management.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in clinical research to apply best practices to Gilead's clinical development strategies.
  10. Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  11. Represent Gilead Sciences at scientific conferences and meetings.
  12. Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines, including ICH/GCP, FDA, and EMA.
  13. Contribute to the overall growth and success of Gilead Sciences by actively participating in company initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Md, Phd)

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Clinical Development Within The Biopharmaceutical Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design, Protocol Development, And Regulatory Requirements

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Studies Simultaneously

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience And Ability To Effectively Lead Cross-Functional Teams
