  1. Develop and implement advanced analytics strategies and initiatives to support the Medical Affairs department's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of analysts to effectively leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and support the company's mission.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key business questions and provide analytical insights to support strategic initiatives.
  4. Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive performance improvements.
  5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  6. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support medical affairs projects and initiatives, including but not limited to market research, publication planning, and medical education programs.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in data analytics and technology, and incorporate best practices into the company's analytics processes.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors and data partners to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data and analytics.
  9. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  10. Represent the company at conferences and events, showcasing the company's advanced analytics capabilities and thought leadership in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Data Science, Statistics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With A Focus On Medical Affairs Analytics

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design And Analysis, Real-World Data, And Health Economics And Outcomes Research (Heor)

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team, As Well As Collaborating With Cross-Functional Stakeholders In The Development And Execution Of Data-Driven Strategies.
