- Develop and implement statistical analysis plans and ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data analyses that support decision-making for clinical trials and drug development.
- Utilize advanced statistical methods and programming languages to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Mentor and train team members on statistical programming techniques and best practices.

Extensive Experience In Statistical Programming: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Statistical Programming, With A Deep Understanding Of Sas Programming Language And Other Relevant Tools And Software.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Statistical Programmers Effectively.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Clinical Trials: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trials And The Drug Development Process, Including Study Design, Statistical Analysis Methods, And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Role Involves Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Such As Clinical Development, Biostatistics, And Data Management. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Work With These Teams.
Regulatory Experience: Gilead Sciences Is A Highly Regulated Industry, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Interacting With Regulatory Agencies And A Good Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements For Data Submission. Knowledge Of Cdisc Standards Is Also Preferred.
