  1. Provide administrative support to the entire team at Gilead Sciences.
  2. Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  3. Greet and welcome visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
  4. Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate team members.
  5. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  6. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed.
  7. Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
  8. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  9. Maintain and update company databases and records.
  10. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  11. Monitor and maintain office cleanliness and organization.
  12. Assist with onboarding of new employees.
  13. Proactively identify and address any office maintenance or supply needs.
  14. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
