Job Description

Sanitation Technicians ensure that prescribed food safety and sanitation activities are achieved. Clean and sanitize food contact and non-food contact surfaces in the hot and cold production rooms on a nightly basis. Perform proper cleaning and sanitizing practices. Perform daily cleaning assignments. Inventory chemicals. Perform QA product quality and product food safety inspections as needed. Assist in general plant and warehouse cleanliness.
