Rail Project Manager

Participate in/lead business development efforts necessary to successfully grow and deliver a Class 1 Railroad infrastructure design/engineering business in the Midwest, USA. Lead GHD’s client relationships with the Class 1 Railroad industry in this space; develop proposals, deliver work products, and maintain relationships. Prepare and negotiate contract documents, liaison with internal Contract Management / Legal team . Attend design and construction meetings, prepare, and distribute minutes. Monitor project schedules, coordinate, and maintain contact with sub consultants, municipalities, utility companies, railways, and assist with contract administration as assigned. Respond to contractor questions, review shop drawings, requests for information and attends site meetings during construction as required.
