Benefits Specialist

Support Canadian and US Employee Benefit programs in a manner consistent with the GHD’s global benefit principles. Provide ad hoc support to global governance projects. Assist with the annual open enrollment process. Act as an advisor to wider HR teams regarding policies, practices and procedures. Create global benefits communications that educate employees about benefit plans, programs and changes. Create process/procedure maps and training for people shared services team on administrative tasks. Maintain US and Canadian intranet site as a communication tool. The Benefits Specialist will work with the Global Benefits Manager on a range of Rewards projects and programs to deliver a driven, equitable and broad approach to Rewards.
