- Lead and manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise systems at GWU.
- Collaborate with various departments across the university to understand their needs and requirements for enterprise systems.
- Analyze existing enterprise systems and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration and functionality of enterprise systems.
- Provide technical expertise and support to other IT team members and university staff.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for the enhancement of enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all enterprise systems processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior team members on enterprise systems and processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise systems to ensure smooth functionality and address any issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of enterprise systems with university goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and security protocols for enterprise systems.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on enterprise systems projects and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns related to enterprise systems.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Systems Analysis, Design, And Implementation In A Complex Enterprise Environment.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Enterprise Systems, Including Erp, Crm, And Hris Systems.
Extensive Experience In Project Management, Including Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Project Timelines And Budgets.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
