  1. Develop and implement graduate programs that align with the mission and goals of the university.
  2. Collaborate with faculty and staff to design curriculum and course offerings that meet the needs of graduate students.
  3. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Oversee program budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
  5. Recruit, train, and supervise program staff to ensure high-quality support for students.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for prospective and current graduate students, providing guidance and support throughout their academic journey.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote and market graduate programs to attract top talent.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in program management and higher education.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the graduate program offerings and opportunities for students.
  10. Ensure compliance with all university policies and procedures related to graduate programs.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for graduate students.
  12. Represent the university at conferences and events to promote graduate programs and network with other professionals in the field.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the graduate student experience and overall program success.
  14. Maintain accurate records and data related to graduate programs and student success.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the university through active participation in committees and other initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, Or Public Administration.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Stakeholders Including Faculty, Students, And University Leadership.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Graduate Programs And Admissions Processes, As Well As Experience With Program Evaluation And Assessment.
