Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
2. Monitor warehouse personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and activities.
4. Ensure that all safety protocols are adhered to and that the warehouse is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
5. Create and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.
6. Develop and implement training programs to ensure that warehouse staff are up-to-date on best practices and safety procedures.
7. Resolve personnel issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
8. Manage and track inventory levels to ensure that all supplies are available when needed.
9. Liaise with suppliers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules.
10. Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure the accuracy of shipments.
