8. Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that may arise during warehouse operations or event logistics.
9. Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are following proper procedures and meeting performance goals.
10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of warehouse operations and event logistics.
11. Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse processes and event logistics for increased efficiency and cost savings.
