- Provide excellent customer service to all incoming individuals, including but not limited to customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, and ensure they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our company's products, services, and policies to accurately answer customer questions and provide necessary support.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor and track customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Communicate any delays, shortages, or backorders to customers proactively and work to find solutions and alternatives.
- Process product returns and exchanges and ensure they are handled according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to better assist and communicate with customers.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures to create a safe and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Participate in customer service training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including but not limited to inventory management and order picking and packing.
- Uphold and promote the company's values, mission, and culture in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
