Warehouse Associate - SEASONAL

1. Receive and accurately process incoming orders and shipments, including verifying quantities and product quality.
2. Ensure proper storage of products in designated areas, including organizing and labeling shelves and pallets.
3. Prepare products for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling according to company standards.
4. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and store products in a safe and efficient manner.
5. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
6. Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
8. Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or damages to products.
9. Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and reconciling inventory levels.
10. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality.
12. Able to adapt to a changing work environment and perform various tasks as needed.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company's values and commitment to exceptional service.
14. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
15. Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
