- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry benchmarks and best practices for employee compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to develop and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits packages.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to existing compensation and benefits programs to ensure they align with company objectives and support employee retention and satisfaction.
- Communicate and educate employees on the company's total rewards package, including compensation, benefits, and other perks.
- Partner with external vendors and consultants to gather market data and insights to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and market trends related to employee compensation and benefits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of annual performance and salary review processes.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation and benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs and initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and analysis of compensation and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of compensation and benefits-related projects.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Benefits Analysis.
Strong Understanding Of Total Rewards Principles And Practices.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Advanced Excel Skills.
