  1. Accurately track employee work hours using designated timekeeping software or tools.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to timekeeping and payroll.
  3. Maintain precise and up-to-date payroll records for all employees.
  4. Monitor and resolve any discrepancies or errors in timekeeping or payroll records.
  5. Communicate effectively with both employees and management regarding timekeeping and payroll matters.
  6. Stay informed and up-to-date on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with them.
  7. Assist in the preparation and distribution of employee paychecks.
  8. Collaborate with HR and other departments to gather and verify employee timekeeping data.
  9. Generate reports on employee work hours, overtime, and other relevant metrics.
  10. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to timekeeping and payroll processes.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and payroll records.
  12. Provide excellent customer service to employees who have questions or concerns about timekeeping and payroll.
  13. Train and onboard new employees on timekeeping procedures and tools.
  14. Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet payroll deadlines.
  15. Participate in regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in timekeeping and payroll processes.
