- Accurately track employee work hours using designated timekeeping software or tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to timekeeping and payroll.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date payroll records for all employees.
- Monitor and resolve any discrepancies or errors in timekeeping or payroll records.
- Communicate effectively with both employees and management regarding timekeeping and payroll matters.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with them.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of employee paychecks.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to gather and verify employee timekeeping data.
- Generate reports on employee work hours, overtime, and other relevant metrics.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to timekeeping and payroll processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and payroll records.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees who have questions or concerns about timekeeping and payroll.
