- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to GEODIS.
- Conduct thorough candidate sourcing and screening to identify the best fit for various roles within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on creating job descriptions and specifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to expand the pool of potential candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques, such as social media, job fairs, networking events, and employee referrals, to reach potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to make informed hiring decisions.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and act as a brand ambassador for GEODIS.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee retention strategies and programs.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidates.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR leadership team.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Logistics Or Supply Chain Industry.
Demonstrated Knowledge Of Current Recruitment Trends And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
