- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of the role.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.
- Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a timely and efficient process.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and track recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to expand the company's talent pool.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and recruitment techniques to continuously improve the company's recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Participate in career fairs and industry events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and metrics.
- Continuously promote a positive and inclusive work environment and embody the company's core values in all recruitment efforts.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Preferably In A Logistics Or Supply Chain Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices, Including Sourcing Techniques, Candidate Assessment, And Onboarding.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
