  3. Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain quality processes, procedures, and documentation.
  5. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  6. Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  8. Train and mentor employees on quality processes and procedures, promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.

  11. Develop and manage the quality budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve quality goals.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on quality management systems, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  13. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among quality personnel.
  15. Represent the company in quality-related matters with customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, Preferably In The Logistics Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 9001, Six Sigma, Or Lean

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Quality Professionals

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Quality Metrics And Improvements To Senior Management.
